Refund policy
DAMAGED PRODUCT RETURNS
Any damage found must be reported strictly via email within 2 working days from the receipt of the goods to the following address: info@palagina.it. It is recommended to keep the packaging in which the goods were received. If the goods were damaged during transport, photographic documentation of the damaged product and its packaging will be required. Once communication has been established with our customer service department, the goods can be sent to the following address: Palagina | la dimora, Via Grevigiana, 4, 50063 Figline e Incisa Valdarno FI.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to European Directive 2011/83, implemented in Italy by Legislative Decree of December 3, 2013, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations. The right of withdrawal can be exercised by the customer within 14 days from the receipt of the purchased goods. The customer must communicate their intention to exercise this right to Imballaggi 360 srl.
WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURES
Within 14 days from the delivery date of the goods, the consumer must send a request via email to the following address: info@palagina.it. Customer Service will handle your request and respond via email to accept the request and confirm the procedures for the exchange or refund. Return shipping costs or exchange fees will be borne by the customer, as will the responsibility for the goods during the return shipment. In case of loss, theft, or other issues, Società Agricola Le Driadi S.r.l. reserves the right to charge the customer for any damages incurred. The return or exchange of goods can be made within 14 days of purchase and only for goods in completely intact packaging; photographic evidence will be required before proceeding with the return/exchange. Upon arrival of the goods, we will check the integrity of the items and the presence of all products accompanying the original product. The company will refund the purchase price, excluding shipping costs. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the consumer has expressly agreed otherwise and provided that no additional costs are incurred as a result of the refund. The consumer is only responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods. In the event of damage to the product during transport, Palagina will inform the Customer of what happened (within five working days of receiving the product in its warehouses), to allow the customer to immediately file a claim with the carrier they chose and obtain a refund for the value of the product (if insured by the customer).
IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND INSURANCE
When you receive the delivery, in the presence of the driver, you must write on the transport documents "accepted with reservation of inspection". In this way, if there are damages caused by the carrier that are not immediately visible, it will be possible to file a claim with the transport company.
