SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS
The goods purchased on palagina.it are delivered via Express Courier. Shipping occurs within 2 working days after payment of the order.

Shipping costs start from 25 euros. Free for orders over 60 euros.

Deliveries are made during normal working hours to the address you provided. The carrier assumes full responsibility for the transport, from the time it is picked up by Società Agricola Le Driadi srl until it is delivered to the address you specified.

In the event of failure to collect the goods within the time limit set by the carrier, the products will be returned to Società Agricola Le Driadi srl, which will refund the price of the products, but not the shipping costs. Società Agricola Le Driadi srl cannot be held responsible for delivery errors due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in filling out the purchase order by you, nor for delays in shipping or damages that may occur to the products after delivery to the carrier, where the latter has been chosen and appointed by you.

Shipping costs and any other additional charges, including VAT and expressed in Euros (€), will be expressly and separately indicated in the order form before you proceed with its submission, as well as in the order confirmation email. The price of the products may be changed without notice, provided that the price charged to you will be the one published on the product page at the time of order submission.
